Hi, my name is Todd Mulholland I founded We Buy Homes in SWFL. We have been actively buying, renovating renting, and selling homes in Southwest Florida for over a decade. I’m a licensed real estate agent and investor. How it all started
I started out investing in real estate part-time around 12 years ago shortly after being let go from my corporate job in the automotive industry. I had really no clue what I was going to do at the time but having always had a love of real estate I decided to start investing. This quickly developed into a love and passion for the business, and it became a full-time venture!! As I have always been involved in helping people and customer service throughout my various careers it only seemed natural to go into a business where we could continue to help people. In addition, I enjoy watching a damaged or outdated home transformed into something really nice that somebody wants to live in. It really gives me a sense of accomplishment to rehabilitate a damaged home. Our goal is to help families who may find themselves in a challenging situation whether from a natural disaster, death, divorce, or change in financial situation, and guide them through the process in a quick, friendly, respectful, and fair manner for everyone involved. We also work hard to develop unique solutions to help our clients as we know every situation is different and that a one size fits all approach doesn’t always work.
